Vacation Properties

SeaDreams is a boutique condominium project in Grand Cayman, overlooking the famous Seven Mile beach. All condo units are 1,450 square feet, identical in design, and have three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The condos were sold with or without a furniture package for permanent occupancy or were available to be placed in a rental pool so they could earn income for the owners, either as a full year rental investment or as a partial rental investment, when not being used by the owners. All but two units are currently being rented to the vacationing public. The buyers closed in late 2022 and the first resales of these units are currently being marketed for 50% above the purchasers’ original cost.
