Community

Waterford Lakes is an 1,800-acre master planned community in Orlando, close to the University of Central Florida. The project ultimately consisted of over 3,000 single family houses and over 3,000 apartment units. Additionally, nestled within this large community, is a 1,000,000-square-foot regional mall, two strip retail plazas and three schools. A large 27-acre recreational facility anchors the extensively landscaped community. This community took over 20 years to develop from start to completion and is now home to 20,000 people. During the build-out of Waterford lakes, we were given the Best Master Planned Community award for three consecutive years.
